Tomorrow

Tuesday. OK, awoke at five-fifty after getting to sleep not long after ten, so I guess we're doing alright. Up to take the blood pressure which looked OK, listen to the five minute KPFA news followed by Democracy Now! before getting up and walking to breakfast under scattered clouds, arriving to enter the indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The beef patty, scrambled eggs, country potatoes (home fries), toast, fruit cup and coffee, no longer cutting the coffee with water after reading an article that said two or three cups of coffee a day is very good for the heart, finishing up by nine to set out for home. Took the usual series of flower pictures and stuck my head in to make an appointment for a haircut next week. Home to take the selfie in the lobby, go by the bathroom and settle in at the computer to go through the usual edit/post yesterday's entry and start here, finishing just before noon.

Later. Another hour's nap and a decent test of the Xfinity download speed when I ran a Photoshop update that took less than five minutes rather than the often over an hour it has generally taken in the past with my old AT&T account. At least upbeat way to start another cookie cutter afternoon of listening to the news and spending time on the tablet.

Evening. Just when I think the blood pressure seems to be more predictable I end up taking three separate doses of the med to still end up with the pressure higher than I'd like when I turned the lights out after nine. Wonder what it will look like tomorrow?

The photo up top was taken in May 2015 at the San Francisco Carnaval Parade with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
