Friday

Wednesday. To sleep after ten to awaken for good just after six, take the blood pressure to find it behaving and so listened to Democracy Now! and then set out walking too breakfast, arriving at the usual time to enter the indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The avocado and mushroom omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, quite a few people arriving to eat indoors probably due to the cold (bright sun, cold air), finishing up by nine to cross Grand to document the ten cent drop in the price of regular before crossing back and heading on home, again the sun bright and so hassling with getting decently exposed pictures. Of flowers. What else would I be photographing?

Home to take the selfie in the lobby, discover when I entered the apartment that I immediately needed to get to the bathroom before settling in at the computer and starting all this. Took a blood pressure reading not long after arriving to find it ten points lower than it was before setting out this morning, low enough I was feeling a little light headed and so nothing's changed in all this blood pressure unpredictability, I'm afraid.

Later. Pretty much fried, I'm afraid, and so didn't finish this or even attempt a post for Thanksgiving and so have a good turkey day one and all, we'll be back with a post for Friday.

The photo up top was taken in May 2015 at the San Francisco Carnaval Parade with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
