Carrots With Dinner?
So we don't BART into San Francisco and shoot the Korean festival in Union Square this morning. I'd like to shoot those pictures, there's a general good feeling about going out and excercising the camera, but the top and the front of the head have a kind of pressure inside and the ears are ringing. It doesn't hurt, but it feels like it's, what, swelling? Pressure around the nose and sinuses. Same with the ears, all of it familiar. Do these things eventually go away? Are my eyes less able to focus on things close by? The screen as I'm typing? Is it as clear as it's been in the past? The upper teeth ache. Is there a bang after this long drawn out wimper?

Try something other than writing. Finish the web page for the office. You have two you need done by Monday.

OK. That's a thought. Interesting, though, this dizziness. Not with a bang but a wimper? The consequences of a long life of not eating enough carrots with dinner? I shouldn't have smoked those cigarettes when I was younger? (Well, yeah.) The sun is shining after an overcast morning. I will go out and get something to eat after a while I would imagine. Excitement, here in Oakland.

The photograph was taken at the How Berkeley Can You Be? Parade.
