After

Thursday. Lights out well after ten, last night, to awaken to a buzzing in the ears. Oh, right. The alarm. Six-thirty. Up to take the blood pressure (101/72, 109/68, 102/72) and so no med, we'll check it when we get back from breakfast. Seems low though. I'd taken four of the blood pressure meds on Tuesday, the last day I posted, then but one yesterday in the early afternoon and now, this morning, the blood pressure remains low. Not too low, but close.

Up at the usual time to talk myself into driving, parking up the block again by the 7-11 store to walk across Grand and enter the restaurant, turning on the indoor dining area lights and settle in at my table with the papers, the waitresses arriving soon after to start setting up the patio tables.

The beef patty, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, the weight for the first time just under one-fifty on the scale this morning, one-fifty being my pulled out of my hat lower limit on the weight. Everything seems to be heading uncontrolled in its own direction these last several days.

Finished up by nine to set out for the car and drive straight home to take the selfie in the lobby, go to the bathroom, take the blood pressure: 108/71, 105/68, 97/67. Lower. Not totally unusual, but lower?

OK, I'd been too fried to post yesterday, but finished Tuesday's entry, posted, processed the morning's pictures and started on this without particular effort. Go figure.

Later. Over an hour's nap starting at noon. Good. Made up for last night. Maybe. The blood pressure has been holding, but took a med around two to see what it would do. Still holding just right into the evening.

Finished watching two Prime series to find there was a season two for both of them, but I had to sign up for another service to watch them. They were worth watching, but just. Prime is looking to make more money from their viewers any way they can. Not much on the news and so started watching the Buccaneers-Eagles game to see what old man Tom Brady looked like on the field at forty-four years of age. Looked dominate, interesting to see.

Evening. Kept it to one blood pressure med for the day. The Eagles, however, were dominate in the second half of the game, but the Buccaneers managed to stay ahead at the end.

Watched Vera at eight. I'd seen it before and remembered parts of it, but not who'd done it or why. Tired and so gave up on Vera for bed by nine, lights out not long after.

The photo up top was taken at the 2014 Folsom Street Fair with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
