On It

Saturday. Awake at six. OK, good. Up to take the blood pressure - 107/74 - creeping up a bit, but out the door at six forty-five to walk to breakfast under a dark grey sky, somewhat surprised later when I left to walk home under a bright sun. Thought with those clouds/fog it would take longer. Arrived at seven, the restaurant open.

An avocado and light on the cheese omelet, country potatoes, toast and coffee for breakfast, going through the papers somewhat faster than usual and so finishing at eight-thirty to walk home and take but three pictures, the mood good, the head clear on a sunny Saturday, the temperature just right in a light jacket.

Later. Watched most of the episode of Mr. Sunshine that was released today before getting up and catching a bus to the Broadway ATM, then walking straight back to the apartment. None of this sit for a minute to catch my breath stuff, so some progress.

And?

Watched the rest of the Mr. Sunshine episode I'd started this morning to bring it to two in the afternoon without the slightest thought to go outside again, this on a Saturday when there are lots of people out.

What makes you say that?

Because I stopped writing altogether at that point and put off finishing this until tomorrow morning after breakfast.

Evening. To bed and lights out early again, having pretty much burned out and unable to watch anything more on the tablet. There does seem to be a line I cross when I've spent too much time on it.
