Med

Friday. Lights out and to sleep by ten, the usual time, but awakening at seven, forty minutes later than the target. OK, hustle a bit and out the door be twenty after seven, arriving at seven-thirty on a sunny watering eyes morning. Wondered if my usual table would be occupied, but it wasn't and so the day fell into place, just a little later than my habit.

Some thought about setting that alarm?

Only if we repeat it too often. Ordered the plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, as always the fruit cup provided by the café for being a good customer (and putting the owner's kids through college).

Finished not that long after nine to walk home under what was now a sunny and much warmer morning, feeling a bit light headed and tired when I got home and so fumbled through and posted yesterday's entry, but then lied down to rest and watch more of a series on the tablet with the fan running at the base of the bed. This well into the afternoon.

Later. Started writing this entry at three while listening to the PBS Newshour, having skipped starting it this morning, no thought to go outside. Tired and so I've been spending the time on the tablet. How many times have I written ‘tired’ these last too many years? I'm tired of tired.

Evening. Nothing I'm interested in on television and so more of the rise of phoenixes series on the tablet. Weird program. Lots of characters, plots and subplots, whole groups of characters killed off now and again as the story evolves. Emperors who have lots of sons inevitably find themselves swept up in sibling rivalries and more than their share of trouble.

Lights out, running a little later than usual at just after ten, the blood pressure at 129/82 and so another dose of the blood pressure med.
