Idea

Sunday. Lights out at ten to get what I guess was a decent night's rest as I awoke at six, a little early, but clear headed enough as I took my time getting ready to drive to breakfast on another overcast morning. Except indeed the car didn't start, the battery drained through lack of use. OK, a walk then to breakfast to arrive just after the restaurant had opened and settled down to their French toast with sliced bananas and strawberries with coffee breakfast, finishing up just after nine.

Still overcast on the walk home, but more people (and scooters) on the sidewalks, crossing over Grand to the theater to take a picture of the marquee. Democracy Now! on Friday spent their hour with Michael Moore and his film where he clarified some details about how Trump decided/stumbled into running that I found enlightening. Of course we're on the Left Coast, here at the heart of the Liberal Beast where such things are of interest.

Home by nine-thirty. Feel pretty good, but I'm still guessing I'm not going to photograph the Folsom Street Fair, something I'd bet on. Still....

Later. Watched the FedEx Tour championship and skipped the Folsom affair. Feel pretty good, not sure I couldn't have gone to San Francisco to take pictures and that's good, the feeling good, but the tournament was more than interesting straight through to the end. Not sure how they calculate the winner of what they call the 2018 FedEx Cup crown, but Tiger came close to winning it as well.

Hooked the car up to the battery charger after the tournament ended and so it should be charged by Tuesday. Takes time to bring it back from the dead. I really am tempted to sell it and sign up for the car share program that has a car park just down my hill. But I suspect I won't, being a babbling idiot and all.

Evening. A late afternoon and evening with the tablet. I did watch parts of both of the Elementary episodes that play starting at five on television, but otherwise continued with three series I've been watching on the tablet. Lights out by ten, the blood pressure at 117/61. Low on the bottom end? I have no idea.
