Ten

Wednesday. A very uneven night's sleep, if not awake then half awake all through the night, getting up three times to take a leak and then getting up for good at six-thirty with the alarm. Still, for all the half worries about not getting enough sleep, still felt fairly wide awake and in a decent mood to get up and drive to the Lakeshore ATM (it was working this time) and then over the hill to park by the 7-11 store on an overcast morning. Entered the dark indoor dining area, turned on the lights and settled in with the papers. No other diners chose to sit indoors, the few who did arrive chose the patio. No complaints.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by nine to walk to the car and drive straight home, taking a scowling at the camera picture in the lobby before settling down at the computer to finish yesterday's entry, process the pictures and start here. It's now ten-thirty and the sun is breaking through the overcast.

Later. Fell into the skip getting anything productive done around here trap. No excuses, knew going in I wasn't motivated to do more than vegetate. The usual time on the tablet and listening to (most of) the news programs, the Caldor Fire being of more interest to me than the others, and that's been the afternoon. Still thinking of getting that flu shot, but only just. If I can call that thinking.

Evening. A Midsomer Murders I'd seen before at eight, deciding I didn't need to see it again. I discovered a new Britbox series of Vera on the tablet and watched it, but then checked to see if KQED was running it on Thursday nights and discovered it was, the same episode running tomorrow, so we'll stop watching it on Britbox and watch it on Thursdays, makes for a better evening. To bed by nine, lights out by ten.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 San Francisco Anime & Cosplay Festival with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
