Target

Monday. Running around all day, at least what constitutes running around for me anymore, seems to put me right to sleep and so a good night's rest to awaken then at a quarter to six. OK, too early to bed leads to too early to rise, we'll think about that the next time I'm out running around.

Clear skies, nice temperature and so a comfortable walk to breakfast without too much trouble from watering eyes to have the plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee this time. We're back to watching the diet.

Took pictures on the walk home, of course, the pandorea flowers, of course, a shot of the sidewalk and the flowers below the Lakeside School. Home now to process more pictures and maybe get in some walking. Enough to get tired.

You shouldn't say these things as you never follow through.

Just takes one delivery on a promise to kill a ‘never’ you know. You know?

Later. I said rather confidently I'd gotten a good night's sleep, yet I set out for the Broadway ATM, more to get in a walk than needing cash, and began to feel weird headed along with a jittery sort of vision to the point I was at the edge of needing to lie down and so skipped any thought of taking pictures at the apartment house building sites or walking on to the City Center for lunch as I'd first planned and turned back to the bus stop to take the bus to the drive-in and brought home a grilled chicken sandwich. Hungry or I'd have gone straight back.

Ate the sandwich and went to bed for about an hour, slipping in and out of sleep. Well, something close to sleep.

Up now in the mid-afternoon listening to the news, whatever it was now seemingly left behind. This crap happens in the late mornings and into the early afternoons as often as not. Maybe get in the walk, but after the news. Later, always later.

Evening. Still moving/thinking a bit slower than I'd like, but futzed around on the web while listening and occasionally watching a couple of Monday night episodes I usually complain about watching here before heading for bed. Early again, which means I'll probably awake well before the six-twenty time I try to target.

At the forming up of the Cherry Blossom Parade yesterday afternoon in front of the San Francisco City Hall taken with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
