Been It
Saturday. Lights out before ten to then awaken at six. I think. Anyway, seems to have been a good night's sleep to then get up and (what else?) take the blood pressure at six-twenty: 108/71. OK, best we'd skipped the blood pressure med last night. Overcast again on the walk to breakfast, the restaurant having just opened when I arrived before seven. Took pictures of a relatively large number of parked scooters set out along the sidewalk walking in, but only two of the photos in decent focus.
Had the single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up at twenty minutes to nine, heading home to again take the usual series of pictures. More scooters - what else? - on the way home.
Took the blood pressure when I got in: 118/100. What? 100? Took it again five minutes later: 89/65, which would normally put me on the bed. Time to check the accuracy of the meter? Not feeling other than reasonably clear headed, more so than in the past when the numbers come in that low.
You're going round in circles.
We talk with the doctor Monday.
You've said that before.
I have.
Later. Maybe more buzzed than I realized this morning and so, after preparing to head out to the Oakland Chinatown StreetFest just after noon, realizing I really wasn't up for it, returned to the apartment and settled down on the bed and watched another episode of the Korean series that became available today. Really am more fuzzed/buzzed than I'd realized coming home from breakfast, maybe those readings were right.
Evening. Spent the day with television and the tablet, taking blood pressure readings - 116/74 and 111/77 at twelve-thirty in the afternoon and at eight-thirty this night - and that's been it.
