Earlier

Friday. Lights out not all that long after nine to awaken at six-ten. Tired last night, although the memory tends to blend it in with all the other recent nights, however they may have gone.

You can't remember what happened just last night?

Not all the specifics. Lights out when? No time spent on the tablet again, but when exactly did the lights go out? My lights go out?

Still, up and out the door, feeling reasonably coherent on another overcast and cool morning, arriving at the restaurant to find it open and the usual Friday group that meets around the back tables beginning to arrive. Not sure who they are or what they do, but they're there most every Friday discussing this and that.

Ordered the two strips of bacon, eggs over medium, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for no particular reason, the weight behaving on the scale this morning, finishing up again by eight-thirty and walking home, still under an overcast sky, a picture taken of the reflection in a store window and another flower below the Lakeview school. On under the 580 Highway overpass and by the construction site above the sidewalk near my apartment, what they're building still not clear. Whatever it is they've spend some money and effort in putting it together.

A selfie in the building lobby and up to finish yesterday's entry entry before posting, still not clear and how the day had gone even on this morning after. A dentist's appointment later today at one, maybe we'll lie down for a while before we set out.

Later. Spent an hour lying on the bed listening to the radio, got up, drove to the dentist's office in Albany (heavy traffic, but moving right along) and arrived at twenty minutes before my appointment at one. You never know how long it will take to drive in this traffic.

Home now feeling better, the tiredness dialed back, the head relatively clear. I think. I wouldn't be writing this right now if it weren't clear. Relatively clear.

Evening. And that was the day, this being added (as usual) the next morning. Nothing on television other than the couple of hours of news that I wanted to watch/listen to and so to bed after eight, lights out after nine, the sinus-upper palate more active this evening. A reaction to the teeth cleaning at the dentist's earlier?

The photo up top was taken on Bainbridge Island the day after the family party last month with a Nikon D500 mounted with a 24-120mm f 4.0 VR Nikkor lens.
