Tomorrow
Friday To sleep around eleven and awakening just after six on another quite cool and overcast morning quite similar to yesterday morning, but this time with smoke in the Unhealthy For All category (which I learned in checking the web after I'd returned to the apartment). Didn't really smell any smoke, but walked comfortably enough to my patio table and started on the papers, wishing the temperature was warmer or that I'd thought to wear a heavier jacket.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up at nine-fifteen to walk back to the apartment, taking pictures along the way as always, the sky still overcast, the morning and my attitude very much like it had been yesterday. No sign of fuzziness or tiredness, in other words, making it worth being this cold, with or without a lightweight jacket.
More pictures than usual. I sometimes think my rationalizations as to whether or not to drive rather than walk are influenced by a desire to keep their number and therefor the time it takes to process them down.
Took the selfie in the lobby and settled in at the computer to go through the morning routine, breaking before finishing to lie down on the bed for twenty minutes to deal with a slight ocular migraine like distortion in the vision. Just the barest start to an ocular migraine symptom that went away fairly quickly. These episodes have become less common over these many months, but they do make you wonder.
Local. The smoke in my area at one in the afternoon is now in the Unhealthy For Some category, so a step to the better. Not that I'm planning on going outside.
Evening. The air quality is now down to Moderate at eight this evening, maybe open the bedroom windows. Not really all that warm in here, but they're saying it's going to get hotter over the weekend.
Nothing on television and so to bed, managing to futz around listening to the news, to the Giants as they lost their game to Arizona and watching a series on the tablet, not getting to sleep until after eleven. Seems to be about the norm anymore, not getting to sleep until at or after eleven, but we'll see if we make up for it by sleeping in later tomorrow.
