Tomorrow

Monday. To sleep after ten to awaken at five, blink, and suddenly it was six and so listened to Democracy Now! before getting up and walking to breakfast under overcast skies, almost all of the people I passed not wearing masks. Arrived at the usual time to settle in at my inside table and start on the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by nine, only one other person entering the indoor dining room while I was there. Or was it two? Anyway, set out for home under still less than clear skies to take the usual pictures of flowers along the way. Keeps me entertained and seems to shorten the walk.

Home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer, feeling a little light headed. Checked the blood pressure to find is was lower than usual. Bummer. Chopped up yesterday's entry before posting, processed the morning pictures, started this and then lied down on the bed to listen to the Nader Radio Hour followed by watching an episode of Chicago Med on the tablet before getting up to start on this.

Later. Did the video doctor's visit at three which seems to have gone well, although I'm no closer to knowing how this blood pressure business is going. Ordered the Omron blood pressure meter he recommended so at least I'll have more confidence the readings are accurate when it arrives tomorrow.

Evening. I actually watched Father Brown at eight. Maybe just tired and didn't want to force myself to get up out of the chair. Anyway, to bed after, no particular desire to continue with something on the tablet and so lights out around nine, but sleep not coming until after eleven. What kind of day will that make tomorrow?

The photo up top was taken at the 2016 San Francisco Anime & Cosplay Festival with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
