On NPR

Tuesday I did pretty much get right to sleep last night to awaken then before five to half doze and not get the act together until well after six, setting out to walk to breakfast under cold clear skies and arrive at the usual time to again enter the dining area, turn on the lights and settle in at the back table to start on the papers. The blood pressure had been 121/70 this morning and the weight two-tenths of a pound over one-fifty, so although cold, the day has started well.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up after nine to set out for home under a bright sun, seeking out the usual flower pictures and noting not a single bicycle had been rented from the Ford Go-Bike rack. How are these people doing?

I'd noticed the three Link scooters walking in. They looked as if they hadn't been touched/rented/used since yesterday morning and there was a single Link scooter out in front of the fitness club. Who cares, one might say, but I'm someone who notes daily gas prices with a picture in the mornings, who's to say what other idiocy you might find on my plate?

Home to take the selfie in the lobby and then start on this morning's string of pictures, post yesterday's entry and then start here. Looks nice outside as this winds up, maybe stick my nose out later after feeling a bit tired when getting home. Tired as in out of shape.

Later. Another cookie cutter afternoon. An hour's nap around two-thirty followed by watching the news and then spending time on the tablet, although I've lately been watching Netflix and Prime on the computer. Seemingly no chance I was going to get my nose out the door, I'm wondering if I'd have the same phobia without the pandemic. Have I become a hermit? At least I've kept walking to breakfast.

Evening. Another go to bed early there's nothing I wanted to watch on T.V. evening, continuing with a series on the tablet and turning the lights out after the six minute ten o'clock news on NPR.

The photo up top was taken at the 2016 San Francisco Anime & Cosplay Festival with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
