Ten
Tuesday. To sleep not long after ten to awaken with the alarm at six-thirty. Good. Took the blood pressure worried after yesterday's highs: 122/78, 124/73, 113/75. Very good indeed. Listened to the rest of Democracy Now! before getting up to look outside, see that there'd been some light rain last night and so picked up the car keys to drive, but managed to talk myself out of it as I descended the stairs and so walked to breakfast under an overcast fog that looked to be on its way to breaking up, arriving to enter the indoor dining area and settle in at my table with the papers.
The single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up to set out for home under what was now a bright sun. Nice. Clear headed, good energy, stepping out and making time.
Home to take the selfie before entering the apartment and realizing I needed to go straight to the bathroom, wondering if the alimentary canal actually had learned to delay telegraphing its demands until I'd gotten all the way inside as it's done just now. I hope it has.
Later. An hour and a half's nap just after noon on top of the sleep I got last night. Another blood pressure check, another dose of the blood pressure med. Three so far, but at least the pressure is excellent.
Evening. The head still clear enough to be writing this Tuesday evening rather than in the morning when I've forgotten all the exciting things I'd done the night before, watching this and that on the tablet and such. Lights out again after nine, my lights out after ten.
