Out

Tuesday. Overall a decent or, at least, adequate night's rest, awakening well after six to get up, take the blood pressure (to find it higher than I'd have liked), take the blood pressure med and then go back to bed and listen to the rest of Democracy Now! before getting up again and driving to the Lakeshore ATM and then on to park by the 7-11 store, cross Grand and enter the restaurant's indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by nine to walk back to the car, drive straight home, take the selfie in the lobby and realize on the elevator I'd better quickly get to the bathroom. Nice to have it wait so long before making its demand. Took the blood pressure again, didn't look any better, settled in at the computer to finish yesterday's entry, post, download this mornings pictures and then stop, drive to the blood pressure lab to make my ten-fifteen appointment.

Found a parking spot immediately, found no one waiting in line at the lab and so had the blood drawn right away to get back home by the ten-fifteen appointment time. Just like that. A little luck now and then is nice. Let's hope the luck holds later when we get the results.

Later. No word from the lab. Sometimes they get the results back later the same day and notify you that they've been posted on the physician group's web site. We'll know tomorrow.

Word from the building owner I'll be getting formal notice on January 1st to be out of here by the end of January, so we're now under the gun to get our act together. Phone calls to movers and such starting tomorrow because right now I'm feeling like hiding in bed with the covers pulled up.

Otherwise started some minor preparations for the move, gave up almost immediately and bailed for the bed to settle in with the tablet.

Evening. Nothing on television and so another evening continuing with The Girl From Oslo on Netflix, forcing myself to stop before nine and listen to the radio until nine-thirty with the lights out.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 San Francisco LGBT Pride Parade with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
