Hour

Monday Lights out by ten, but ended up watching the clock now and again until midnight. Does any of that count as sleep? Lights out, radio off, eyes closed, thinking of this and that, time seemingly going by more quickly than it should? Who knows?

Awake at six to get up at the usual time, after listening to Democracy Now! and then the seven o'clock KPFA news, to drive to breakfast under clear skies and a soon to be bright sun, a little worried about that super tiredness episode yesterday morning that started at breakfast and so wondering what it would be like to be walking home if another one should hit. Not a great reason to be driving, but it worked.

Arrived to enter the dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers, ordering the two strips of bacon, eggs over medium, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up before nine to walk to the car and drive home, take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer. Managed to get the pictures processed and this started, no more tired than I usually am in the mornings.

Later. Canceled the haircut appointment. Figured out how to use Zelle on the phone. Watched more of the Britbox Silent Witness series. Talked with my sister on the phone and that's been the afternoon.

Evening. Probably no reason to try to divide this into sections. If nothings is going on, just keep it short. Nothing on television I wanted to watch this evening (hardly unusual) so to bed after eight, turned off the tablet by nine and turned out the lights after the six minute NPR news at ten. Now let's see if we're able to get to sleep at a decent hour.
