Good

Tuesday Not bad. To sleep soon enough to awaken briefly at five with a sore chest from sleeping in an awkward position. Still happens now and again. Blinked and it was six-fifteen and so up to take the blood pressure (114/63 - continues to be good) and set out driving first to the Lakeshore ATM and then on over the hill to breakfast, park, pay the meter, enter the dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers. Not bad, feeling pretty good.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for no particular reason other than that's what appealed as the weight has been behaving rather nicely, finishing up at a quarter after nine to walk to the car and drive home to take the selfie in the lobby before settling down here at the computer. It had been raining last night and looked like rain when I set out, had indeed rained while I was eating, but either way I needed to drive to the ATM so no guilt about not walking.

Later. Watched more episodes of the Britbox Silent Witness series until Britbox blew up again on my iPad, something it's gotten in the habit of doing in these last couple of months. I suspect the Britbox app, an older one that will still work with my now obsolete iPad operating system, no longer quite synchs. It's blown up now a number of times, Britbox only, Netflix and Prime work just fine, so we'll stop uninstalling and then reinstalling Britbox and replace the now unfortunately obsolete tablet.

Evening. There's a Britbox series I've been watching that releases a new episode on Tuesdays and so today I watched the new episode and spent the forty-five minutes or so trying to remember what the hell the story line was. A week and most of it had evaporated from my mind. Another memory glitch on the list. It keeps getting longer.

Watched the beginning of A Place To Call Home on television and decided life was too short to continue and so gave up and went to bed, turned out the lights at ten, the mood if not the memory still pretty good.
