Come
Sunday The usual somewhat uneven night's sleep to awaken at six, not a bad stretch, to get up at the usual time, take the blood pressure (115/73 - good) and head out driving to breakfast under clear skies to find the restaurant up and running and so the usual walk into the dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.
The Eggs Benedict, potatoes, fruit cup and coffee feeling quite tired as it approached nine, thinking I needed to get right home and so skipped reading the East Bay Times (except for the comics) and left the restaurant just as a bicycle rider group was leaving after eating out on the patio. Drove home, took the selfie and turned on the computer.
The tiredness got worse and so I stopped after downloading the morning's few pictures and lied down on the bed, ending up sleeping for over three hours, thinking this was a level of tiredness I hadn't expierienced before and so thought about possible COVID symptoms. No other symptoms, though, some thought I might have been breathing somewhat shallowly. Awoke before three, got up and finished (slowly) processing this morning pictures and not starting writing this until five. In the afternoon. Hmm.
Evening. The usual fuzzy headed standard kind of tiredness by evening, I'd checked the blood pressure earlier to see if it had somehow plunged causing the problem (it hadn't), so we'll now see how this one-off experience plays out over time. More to come?
