Along

Sunday. To sleep soon enough after ten if I recall correctly to awaken at four-thirty and drift along half asleep until six-fifteen when I got up, took the blood pressure to find it fine and then listen to TUC Radio until seven when I got up, checked for the Sunday papers and found they hadn't been delivered. I'd stopped the subscription as of tomorrow, I'd thought. Ah, well. Grabbed a couple of magazines and drove to breakfast, parking in front of the restaurant and entering the indoor dining area to turn on the lights and settle in with the, well, magazines.

The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by eight-thirty to go back to the car to drive home, take the selfie in the lobby, take the blood pressure to find it lower (be nice if it was always this low) and settle in at the computer to finish and post yesterday's entry, process the morning's few pictures and start here by ten-thirty.

Later. None of the wobbly head to slow me down for some reason this afternoon and so managed to pack a large number of boxes. Still much to do, but I have two days to do it and so happy to see how this day has gone.

Evening. Nothing on television and so the energy of the afternoon lasted into the evening, finishing up the camera closet(s), packing it all away. Where did all the energy come from? Haven't had a day like this in a long time.

Lights out after nine, don't remember when sleep came along.

The photograph was taken at the San Francisco 2010 Chinese Lunar New Year Parade with a Nikon D3s mounted with a 70 - 200mm f 2.8 Nikkor VRII lens.
