Remember

Sunday. To sleep not all that long after ten to awaken finally at six-twenty, get up, take the blood pressure, skip the med and get back into bed to listen to TUC Radio until seven when I got up and set out driving to breakfast, park by the restaurant and enter its indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers. Cold again this morning, cold outside, cold inside, but bearable.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, no cured meat this time, finishing up just after nine to walk to the car and drive home to take the selfie in the lobby, again take the blood pressure to find it holding and so settle in at the computer, finish yesterday's entry, post, process the morning pictures and start here by just before eleven. Still cold inside, even with the living room heater on for over an hour.

Later. Watched the 49'ers-Texans game followed by a bath and a session on the tablet. Always the session on the tablet. The blood pressure running about the same, a dose of the blood pressure med at eleven-thirty and four-fifteen.

Evening. Nothing on television I wanted to watch and so to bed and the tablet with lights out by nine-thirty, the clock blinking past ten was the last thing I remember.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 San Francisco LGBT Pride Parade with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
