Times

Thursday. To sleep not long after ten to awaken at six. Not bad. A decent night's sleep. Maybe.

Up to drive to breakfast for no good reason, the sky clear, the sun quite bright, parking by the 7-11 store and walking to the restaurant, settling in at my usual table in the indoor dining area and starting on the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee again as the weight, although not getting any worse, is taking its time on getter better. Finished up not long after nine to walk to the car and drive straight home, take the selfie in the lobby and settle in at the computer to finish yesterday's abbreviated entry, post and start here.

Later. Not a bad afternoon, reasonably clear headed, although I did waste most of it on the tablet and listening to the news as I've been doing now since the Pliocene Age ended.

Evening. Watched the first half hour or so of Vera as it seems I must, giving up and going to bed before nine to turn the lights off well before ten as the KQED radio 1A program that plays at nine seems to lightly cover recent news I've heard a million times.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 How Weird Street Faire with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
