Week

Sunday. Right to sleep last night to awaken at thirteen minutes after six, two minutes before the alarm is set to go off. Well, that gives me enough time to get ready and head out for breakfast, but I've to get going, not quite believing I had enough time to get ready and not arrive late. Ah, well. The blood pressure 121/72 when I got up, out the door in plenty of time to drive and arrive before seven, the restaurant dark, but the dining area door unlocked and so inside to turn on the lights and settle in to attack the Sunday papers. Good.

The avocado and bacon omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, probably didn't need the bacon, finishing up this time well after nine, heading across Grand to document the four cent drop in the price of regular, note a sticker I haven't seen before (society marches on), got into the car and drove home to take the selfie and then fiddle with yesterday's rambling entry before posting. Feel pretty good, the blood pressure 111/64 for inexplicable reasons, the sky clear, the sun bright, a Sunday ahead.

So many things around the apartment to take care of/straighten up on a Sunday, will I just end up watching the 49'ers game?

Later. A walk to the ATM on Lakeshore, a decent distance to make up for driving this morning, but one picture on the way home along Lake Merritt.

Watched the 49'ers game (what else?). They won, but not until the very last minute in a way looking at the final score wouldn't indicate. Haven't really done anything other than the run to the ATM, but there's still time to, say, clean the bathroom.

He said.

Evening. Not sure why I haven't been hungry today. Ate something late in the afternoon for lunch, but otherwise not a thought of food. Otherwise looked for something to watch on the tablet without success, finished up in the living room and went to bed not long after nine. Well, Sunday: a day of rest.

Around here that describes your week.

The photo up top was taken yesterday at Lake Merritt with a Nikon D500 mounted with a 24-120mm f 4.0 VR Nikkor lens.
