After

Tuesday. Dropped off to sleep not long after ten to awaken at six-fifteen, take the blood pressure (117/76, 119/73, 120/77) and listen to the rest of Democracy Now! before getting up and walking to breakfast on a wet sidewalk and under dark overcast clouds. Looked more like rain today than it did yesterday when I'd used the weather forecasters prediction of rain to take the car. Not raining, though, and so on to breakfast to turn on the indoor dining area lights and settle in at my table with the papers.

Ordered the single pork chop, although delivered the chicken-apple sausage, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for some reason. Didn't really matter and so finished up just after nine to walk home under still rain threatening skies to snap the usual pictures wondering if I was going to have to run to the bathroom when I got home. Arrived, took the selfie in the still Halloween decorated mirror and headed for the bathroom in time to take care of business.

Took the blood pressure again (113/75, 100/68, 95/71) and wondered why I wasn't feeling light headed, the pressure quite low. Settled in at the computer, finished yesterday's entry before posting, processed the morning's pictures and started here, still fairly clear headed, low blood pressure or no.

Later. Watched the end of the Netflix Stranger series before driving to the lab for the Protime blood thinner test I'd scheduled for three, found a parking spot not too far away. The blood drawn and home by ten after three. Should have taken the blood pressure when I got home as I put it off until after four and found it high, took the blood pressure med and decided I'd take it daily in the future at three in the afternoons, see if that didn't settle it down.

You wish.

Indeed.

Ordered an Xfinity internet connection over the phone. I should have done this years ago so we'll see how it goes when their setup package arrives in the next few days.

Evening. Nothing on television, nothing I wanted to continue watching on the tablet and so to bed by nine, lights out well before ten, to sleep one hopes not long after.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 Folsom Street Fair with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
