Ten

Sunday. To sleep at a decent hour, not long after ten, to pretty much awaken for good then at five-thirty, get up at six to take the blood pressure (109/64, 107/66, 117/68) and then listen to the news for an hour before getting up again to drive to breakfast in the predicted heavy rain and park by the restaurant, quickly enter and turn on the indoor dining area lights before settling down at my table with the papers.

Hungry. The single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up after nine to walk the fortunately very short distance to the car and drive home to take the selfie, visit the bathroom, take the blood pressure and finish yesterday's entry, post, process the morning's four pictures and start here. Still hungry, of all things, after a large breakfast.

Later. Definitely raining, an atmospheric river they're saying that's due to last through tomorrow morning. We'll stay inside.

More time on the tablet, tried for a nap without success, checked the blood pressure at the usual times and then more tablet to tuck in another afternoon.

Evening. Tired and so to bed and lights out by nine-thirty, to sleep after ten.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 Oakland Pride Festival with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
