Night
Friday. To sleep at a decent hour I seem to recall, awakening at five forty-five to get up before six and take the blood pressure (113/64, 105/68, 112/72) to find it good, listen to Democracy Now! and then drive to the Lakeshore ATM before heading over the hill to park by the 7-11 store, cross Grand and enter the restaurant to settle in at my usual table with the papers. So far, so good. The sun shining and I'm halfway coherent.
The chicken-apple sausage, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for some reason, finishing up not long after nine to set out for the car on a now sunny morning, driving straight home to take the selfie in the lobby, document a new inhabitant on the back second floor stairway door. Took the blood pressure (115/64, 115/64, 112/72) happily finding it hadn't precipitously fallen as it had yesterday morning after breakfast and so settled in at the computer. Edited and posted yesterday's entry, processed the morning's few pictures and started here.
Later. Not much to say about the afternoon. Spent more time on the tablet than I should have, nothing new there. Discovered the blood pressure had risen by late afternoon and so took a blood pressure med, watched some news on television and that's been about it. Warm today and so spent most of the time with a fan nearly as I'd done yesterday when it was noticeably warmer.
Evening. Watched the first thirty minutes of Inspector Morse at eight before giving up and heading for bed. Tried watching a Britbox series, but gave up on it not long after nine feeling tired, more than ready to wrap it up for the night.
