List

Sunday. To sleep not long after ten, but awakening at five and sort of half dozing until six before getting up to take the blood pressure (123/73, 120/79, 114/62) and then get up to drive to breakfast later at the usual time, arriving to park in front of the restaurant, enter the indoor dining area and settle in at my table with the papers. Reasonably clear headed and alert, but wondering if I'd gotten enough sleep last night.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee because that's what appealed, finishing up just after nine to walk to the car and drive straight home to take the selfie in the lobby and then take the blood pressure again (141/66, 122/69, 127/71), the 141 reading freaking me out a little bit and so took a dose of the blood pressure med. Settled down at the computer, finished yesterday's entry, posted and then processed this morning's pictures before starting here.

Later. Shouldn't have taken the blood pressure med, should have waited to see if the readings were lower an hour or more later before deciding. A walk to Walgreens to buy folic acid to discover Walgreens didn't have any that I could find in their vitamin section and found myself really dragging on the walk back. Took the blood pressure when I got home to find the med had evidently kicked in and the readings (105/69, 108/67, 108/64) were low enough to be a good part of the tiredness problem coming home. At least I got in a walk.

Watched the first half of the Patriots-Chargers game on television before quitting and watching a Netflix Korean series I'd bailed on some months ago on the tablet that seems to have absorbed my attention, although I'm not sure why as I don't really remember how the story line started. None the less watching it rounded out the afternoon.

Evening. Nothing on television and so more time with the series on the tablet before stopping to turn the lights out just before ten. Another staying up later than I should evening to add to the list.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 Folsom Street Fair with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
