Too

Tuesday. It did take a while to get to sleep last night to then awaken at six-thirty, running a little late in getting up and getting ready to walk to breakfast, the blood pressure running at 114/78. The med I'd taken yesterday afternoon had obviously kicked in.

Overcast, not overly cold on the way to breakfast and arrive just after seven, the restaurant open. Ordered the meat patty, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast just because. Finished the papers at eight-forty and walked home, still overcast and dark enough to make the camera shutter speed too low on that first linked picture, but no complaints. The blood pressure 107/62 when I arrived home.

I think we've had enough of these never ending blood pressure numbers.

Be nice to get them out of my hair as well. Now to call the doctor and get a prescription for something less potent, the med I've been taking doesn't come in a small enough dose.

Later. So much for getting anything done the rest of this afternoon. Watched a number of Netflix episodes of something called the rise of phoenixes on the tablet, it and news programs made up the rest of the day. No walking, talking, sulking or complaining, at least. Or writing for that matter.

Evening. The afternoon and now the evening too.
