After

Tuesday To sleep before eleven (I think) to awaken briefly at four and then for good at six-thirty after what I'm guessing was enough sleep. Felt good awakening, anyway. Set out walking to breakfast under overcast skies, not sure how much of it smoke, to arrive at the usual time to settle in at my table on the patio and start on the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up at nine-fifteen again and setting out for home on this first day of September. Cool walking in the long sleeved shirt and light jacket, the air comfortably bracing and so stepped right out feeling just fine, none of this close to dragging ass business when it's much warmer. They're saying much higher temperatures coming up this weekend. Not looking forward to it.

A photograph of a bicyclist at the 580 Overpass light for a change, on to walk around the construction crew still working on the sidewalk near the fitness center, home to take the selfie before settling down to finish yesterday's entry, post and start here. Took a bit longer than usual as this is being written at one in the afternoon.

Later. And this is being written tomorrow morning. So much for not feeling tired. Did the usual tablet, news program, surf the web stuff. Didn't go outside. Went to bed at nine, again quite tired, turned out the lights and I suspect I was asleep before ten. Maybe just after.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 Temescal Street Fair with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
