At Ten
Thursday Attempting to get to sleep earlier doesn't seem to have worked as I didn't drop off until well after ten to then awaken at five-fifty to get about the amount of sleep I've been getting now for these last several years. Not bad, but more sleep would have been better.
Up to drive to the Lakeshore ATM (I should have taken care of this yesterday) and then on to the morning restaurant, arriving to find all the tables set up on the patio and so settled down to start on the papers. Overcast and cooler than it's been. Should have worn a warmer jacket.
The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up by nine-fifteen again to walk to the car and drive straight home under overcast skies, the Chronicle Air Quality Map showing Oakland in the Unhealthy For All category when I checked it on the web.
Parked, took the selfie in the lobby and settled in at the computer to finish yesterday's entry before posting, finishing up here just after eleven. Still overcast, no thought to go outside. Another cookie cutter morning, I'm afraid, one very much like another.
Later. The air quality is now listed as Moderate in this late afternoon. I have no idea how long the Unhealthy For All category lasted as I've pretty much spent the afternoon watching a movie on the tablet. Given what they're saying as to how long this smoke/virus thing might last I'm thinking a day in and day out routine like this one is going to get very old if it lasts well into next year. Or the year after. There's only so much time you can spend watching crap on a tablet before you get a little, um, antsy.
Evening. To bed not long after eight, lights out again at ten.
